Signo 100-A and Signo 100-I: these are the names of two special models Hymer is launching to mark the 100,000th manufactured motorhome celebrations. The jubilee models each limited to 100 vehicles – the alcove mobile (100-A) and the integrated motorhome (100-l) – will be presented to the public in the course of the CMT 2005 exhibition in Stuttgart at the beginning of next year.
Hallmarks of both special series are an extensive range of optional extras offering the customer especial price advantages and a select design featuring attractive colours. The special highlight of all the Signo models is an exclusive plaque bearing the engraved original signature of Erwin Hymer.
The Signo 100-A alcove model is based on the layout of the Hymer C-Classic 514 with Fiat Ducato 15 chassis and 2.3 JTD engine. In addition to the Camping Car special package with ABS/TCS, the Signo 100-A is equipped with an air conditioning system for the driver’s cabin, a car radio/CD player (Blaupunkt Porto) and a Hymer panoramic roof vent. The all-in price of 38,990 euros offers the customer a price advantage of over 3,200 euros.
The integrated Signo 100-I is based on the layout of the Hymer B-Classic 544 with Fiat Ducato 15 chassis and 2.8 JTD engine. In addition to the Camping Car package with ABS/TCS, the Signo 100-1 is equipped with driver’s cabin door and club seats, a motor-operated air conditioning system, a car radio/CD player (Blaupunkt Porto), a Hymer panoramic roof vent and a concertina darkening system for the driver’s cabin. The all-in price of 51,490 euros offers the customer a price advantage of over 4,700 euros.
Both series will be delivered to the contract partners in April/May 2005. High demand is anticipated due to the exclusivity of the vehicles and the special jubilee prices.
