Although I have the login details, I cannot log in. Why not?

Your login details should consist of your so-called prefix, i.e. the part before the @ sign and your password. Therefore, if you have reserved the e-mail address "wollner@myhymer.com", your login name should be "wollner". Your password is given in our letter to you.
