Considering constantly rising fuel prices, liquefied petroleum gas was chosen to power the vehicle. LPG (not natural gas) for the two-litre, 120 hp engine with an average consumption of 12.5 litres, is available across many European countries. So far there are around 40,000 LPG fuel stations in Germany.
