The HymerNova 580 SL was chosen Caravan of the Year 2009 in the category of “Best Interior Design” by the UK Which Caravan magazine.
In the reasons for its decision, the jury highlighted the use of three different materials in the furniture flaps and flooring design. The quality of the upholstery was praised as being the best and most comfortable ever tested by the jury. Thirdly, the entire lighting scheme was thought to be spectacular and exceptional, with special commendation going to the LED lighting under the overhead lockers.
The judges singled out the handy drawer system and the washroom design of the HymerNova 580 SL as particularly practical design features.
The jury remarked in conclusion that there are but few manufacturers industry-wide who succeed in combining a captivating interior design, which conjures up a remarkable atmosphere, with outright, customer-focused functionality.
This award cements that Hymer is right on track with its company philosophy of manufacturing its products at top quality level with contemporary design.
