Full equipment package on a new chassis: the edition model Exsis 580 “Pure”

Hymer’s popular Exsis model range boasts a consistent lightweight construction that ensures extra payload reserves, even when the vehicle is fully kitted out and authorised for four people up to 3.5 tons. The special edition model Exsis 580 “Pure” is the first vehicle on a Citroën base to share this feature. In the semi-integrated version, for example, that means you can have a payload of over 500 kilos as well as a lavish equipment package. Highlights of the edition model include a 165 hp drive plus air conditioning, cruise control and 16-inch alloy wheels. The proven high-tech PUAL 2.0 bodywork provides excellent insulation with no thermal bridges, and is wood-free. Thanks to a standard fold-down bed, the integrated version can sleep up to four people. 

A marriage of intelligent interior design and living comfort

The living area is level at the rear and impresses with its generous feeling of space. It is characterised by a linear design with pale oak wood elements and seamless, functionally integrated furniture. For example, the 32-inch flat screen TV is set into the wall of the comfort bathroom and comes with the appropriate satellite system. The bathroom itself is equipped with a large shower with a wooden panel grating and practical bench toilet. The twin beds at the rear are over 1.90 metres in length and come with an extra cushion in between for easy access. A good amount of storage space is provided under the beds and in the floor-to-ceiling, full-length wardrobe. In this model there are no overhead lockers above the beds, thus creating much more space in the rear section of the vehicle and saving even more weight. The practical L-shaped seating area with bed conversion and foldaway table blends harmoniously into the living area, and is arranged opposite a kitchenette featuring a 142-litre fridge-freezer. The edition model package also includes an ambient lighting system, automatic gas cylinder changeover unit and awning. The semi-integrated version comes with an additional panoramic roof and concertina cab blinds.

The Hymermobil Exsis-i 580 “Pure” and the Hymer Exsis-t 580 “Pure” will be available from dealers from September 2019 onwards.
