    Important information regarding the selection of your vehicle

    When buying a motorhome, camper van or urban vehicle (hereafter: motorhome), it is particularly important to choose the right layout and an appealing design. In addition, weight also plays an essential role. Family, friends, optional equipment, accessories and baggage – space must be available for all of these. At the same time, there are legal and technical limits to the configuration and load. Every motorhome is designed for a certain weight, which may not be exceeded during driving. For motorhome buyers, this raises the question: How should I configure my vehicle to accommodate passengers, baggage and accessories according to my needs without the vehicle exceeding this maximum weight? In order to make this decision easier for you, we provide you below with a few tips that are particularly important when selecting your vehicle from our portfolio:

    * The specified mass in running order is a default value defined in the type-approval procedure. Due to manufacturing tolerances, the actual weighed mass in running order may deviate from the value stated above. Deviations of up to ± 5 % of the mass in running order are legally permissible and possible. The permissible range in kilograms is given in brackets after the mass in running order.  The manufacturer-specified mass for optional equipment is a calculated value for each type and layout that HYMER uses to determine the maximum weight available for factory-fitted optional equipment. The limitation of optional equipment is intended to ensure that the minimum pay-mass, i.e. the legally prescribed free mass for baggage and retrofitted accessories, is actually available for the vehicle load capacity of the vehicles delivered by HYMER.  The real weight of your vehicle ex works can only be determined when it is weighed at the end of the line. For motorhome buyers, this raises the question: How should I configure my vehicle to accommodate passengers, baggage and accessories according to my needs without the vehicle exceeding this maximum weight? Equipment

For those who like to be self-sufficient and journey to remote destinations, the HYMER B-Class MasterLine is the perfect travel companion. In addition to its luxurious features, it also provides the ideal prerequisites for self sufficiency.

    • Efficient lighting

      The interior lighting throughout the vehicle features LED technology as standard. This cuts energy consumption by 75% and gives you hours of extra battery life. Since LEDs don’t get hot, this also improves fire and accident safety.

    • Comfortable fold-down bed

      The fold-down bed can be raised and lowered manually with minimal effort. It offers maximum freedom of movement and headroom. The comfortable bed surface can be used across the entire width – even in the front part of the vehicle.

      Travel energy-independently. The HYMER Smart Battery System 2.0 sets new standards for self-sufficiency. State-of-the-art LiFePO4 technology, made in Germany, offers maximum power density and longevity. Optionally upgradeable to 320 Ah – for unlimited freedom.

    • Multifunctional comfort

      The height and angle-adjustable swivel cab seats are fully upholstered in the same fabric combination as the living area. Their exceptional seating comfort and tiltable arm rests make them ideal for settling down to watch TV and for relaxed driving.

    • Versatile luxury table

      The high-quality table can be rotated 360° and adjusted both horizontally and lengthways as required.

    • Your living room on wheels

      The standard L-shaped seating area gives you top seating and living comfort wherever you are.

    • For economical and smooth driving

      The fuel-saving 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission does away with manual gear shifting and ensures smooth gear shifts. When necessary, simply press the brake pedal to activate the HOLD function which stops the vehicle from rolling forward at traffic lights or in stop-and-go traffic.

      The new, specially developed HYMER headlights include LED fibre optics with integrated LED daytime running light and indicators to ensure optimum visibility. This ensures perfect illumination in traffic, for even more safety. The LED technology also has low power consumption.

    • Handy through-loading compartment

      The practical through-loading compartment is 24 cm in height and 70 cm in width, and is accessible from both sides as well as from the interior of the vehicle via a hatch in the floor. It readily accommodates long items such as tables, surfboards or skis, which can be stored here to protect them from extreme heat or cold.

      The rear garage is equipped with two large garage doors as standard – one each on the left and right side in the direction of travel. This means the garage can be easily loaded from both sides. This guarantees optimal access, and you can reach your luggage from the outside at any time.

      The nearly indestructible GRP underbody makes the motorhomes virtually immune to damage caused by inclement weather. Stone damage, grit and dirt are likewise kept at bay – a solid foundation for the service life of your entire motorhome.

      The large, easy-access garage can carry a maximum payload of 350 kg as standard – a 450 kg version is available as an option.

      The innovative SLC chassis (Super Light Chassis) features an extra-high, heated and insulated double floor. As a result, the vehicle has even more storage space and a level floor. Thanks to its seamlessly level underbody, the SLC chassis increases driving stability and provides superior aerodynamics.

    • Active Distance Assist including multifunction steering wheel keys

      DISTRONIC PLUS Driving Assist (including Active Brake Assist) helps to keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front - and brakes automatically in an emergency. It minimises the risks of short safety distances, abrupt traffic stops or inattention.

      The inverter converts the 12 V battery voltage into 230 V alternating current so that you can operate your 230 V appliances (coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, etc.) while on the road without a shore power connection.

      If you are fully loaded and have no hand free, the habitation door can be opened particularly conveniently using an RFID chip. By holding the RFID chip in front of the door, the door lock is electronically operated and unlocked. The included closing aid ensures that the vehicle is securely locked.

    • Automatic compensation for differences in height

      At the push of a button, the hydraulic stabilizer jacks bring the vehicle into a horizontal position. This ensures that your vehicle has a clean and firm footing, even on uneven surfaces.

      The hybrid cooker has three cooking areas: an induction hob (230 V) and two gas rings. This has the advantage that you don’t have to use up all your gas reserves when cooking, but can switch to electric just like at home.

      An electric windscreen roller blind is optionally available to not only keep out prying eyes, but also protect the interior from too much sunlight as well as cold.

    • For even more TV entertainment on the move

      For even more entertainment on the move, the sleeping area can be equipped with a second, 22-inch Smart LED-TV. The TV features built-in speakers, DVB-T/C, DVB-S2 and the HYMER Smart-Multimedia System with Bluetooth.

      Thanks to the optional 32-inch flat screen and the integrated HYMER Smart Multimedia System including Bluetooth connection, you can enjoy a real home cinema feeling even when you’re on the road.
