    Important information regarding the selection of your vehicle

    When buying a motorhome, camper van or urban vehicle (hereafter: motorhome), it is particularly important to choose the right layout and an appealing design. In addition, weight also plays an essential role. Family, friends, optional equipment, accessories and baggage – space must be available for all of these. At the same time, there are legal and technical limits to the configuration and load. Every motorhome is designed for a certain weight, which may not be exceeded during driving. For motorhome buyers, this raises the question: How should I configure my vehicle to accommodate passengers, baggage and accessories according to my needs without the vehicle exceeding this maximum weight? In order to make this decision easier for you, we provide you below with a few tips that are particularly important when selecting your vehicle from our portfolio:

    * The specified mass in running order is a default value defined in the type-approval procedure. Due to manufacturing tolerances, the actual weighed mass in running order may deviate from the value stated above. Deviations of up to ± 5 % of the mass in running order are legally permissible and possible. The permissible range in kilograms is given in brackets after the mass in running order.  The manufacturer-specified mass for optional equipment is a calculated value for each type and layout that HYMER uses to determine the maximum weight available for factory-fitted optional equipment. The limitation of optional equipment is intended to ensure that the minimum pay-mass, i.e. the legally prescribed free mass for baggage and retrofitted accessories, is actually available for the vehicle load capacity of the vehicles delivered by HYMER.  The real weight of your vehicle ex works can only be determined when it is weighed at the end of the line. For those who like to be self-sufficient and journey to remote destinations, the HYMER B-Class MasterLine T is the perfect travel companion. In addition to its luxurious features, it also provides the ideal prerequisites for self sufficiency.

      The HYMER comfort sleeping system with high-quality disc-spring bed frames maximises the benefits of the multi-zone cold foam mattresses. Each area of the body is supported with the ideal counter-pressure for snug and restful sleep.

    • Efficient lighting

      The interior lighting throughout the vehicle features LED technology as standard. This cuts energy consumption by 75% and gives you hours of extra battery life. Since LEDs don’t get hot, this also improves fire and accident safety.

      All kitchen drawers are equipped with roller bearings for ultra-smooth action. They feature high-quality Soft close mechanisms and one-handed push-locks that prevent the drawers from opening and rattling when the vehicle is on the move.

    • Convenient 7 inch touch display

      The 7 inch touch display enables convenient control and monitoring of important vehicle functions and components. From the charge status of the body battery, the display of the fresh and grey water tanks to the heating control.

    • Easy waste water tank drainage

      The electric waste water tank drainage with dashboard switch lets you empty the waste water tank at the push of a button using a radio-controlled valve – without getting your hands dirty.

    • High-capacity water tank

      The fresh water capacity is an impressive 180 litres − for more convenience and greater self-sufficiency. The tanks are protected inside the insulated and heated double floor, and can be conveniently accessed from inside the vehicle.

    • For economical and smooth driving

      The fuel-saving 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission does away with manual gear shifting and ensures smooth gear shifts. When necessary, simply press the brake pedal to activate the HOLD function which stops the vehicle from rolling forward at traffic lights or in stop-and-go traffic.

    • Original Mercedes-Benz Comfort seat, upholstered in living area fabric

      The high-quality, comfortable Mercedes-Benz Original Comfort seats are particularly safe and cosy - even for long journeys and for cosy TV evenings. They are upholstered in the living area fabric and therefore harmonise perfectly with the seating group.

    • Perfectly insulated double floor

      All cellar compartments, installations and tanks are housed in the double floor and are protected from frost and heat – even in extreme temperatures – thanks to the excellent insulation.

      Optimal insulation thanks to PUAL technology

      The PUAL-foamed walls with aluminium inner and outer skin are an important component of the vehicle’s durable high-tech bodywork. The excellent insulation of the closed-cell PU foam guarantees pleasant temperatures throughout the year and low gas consumption in winter.

    • Handy through-loading compartment

      The practical through-loading compartment is 24 cm in height and 70 cm in width, and is accessible from both sides as well as from the interior of the vehicle via a hatch in the floor. It readily accommodates long items such as tables, surfboards or skis, which can be stored here to protect them from extreme heat or cold.

    • Double-sided garage access

      The rear garage is equipped with two large garage doors as standard – one each on the left and right side in the direction of travel. This means the garage can be easily loaded from both sides. This guarantees optimal access, and you can reach your luggage from the outside at any time.

    • Optimal protection from below

      The nearly indestructible GRP underbody makes the motorhomes virtually immune to damage caused by inclement weather. Stone damage, grit and dirt are likewise kept at bay – a solid foundation for the service life of your entire motorhome.
    • The rear garage of the Hymermobil is open on both sides and loaded with a ball, shoes, shopping basket and suitcase

      All the room you need

      The large, easy-access garage can carry a maximum payload of 350 kg as standard – a 450 kg version is available as an option.

    • LED rear lights in a striking design

      The multifunctional rear lights include LED hybrid technology and a signature design featuring the three bars of the HYMER logo – and provide excellent visibility even in challenging conditions.

    • Comfortable access

      The new, 65 cm-wide main entry door – with 2-point locking, a window and large rubbish bin as standard – is perfectly integrated into the interior design of the vehicle.

    • HYMER SLC chassis: the ideal undercarriage

      The innovative SLC chassis (Super Light Chassis) features an extra-high, heated and insulated double floor. As a result, the vehicle has even more storage space and a level floor. Thanks to its seamlessly level underbody, the SLC chassis increases driving stability and provides superior aerodynamics.

    • Active Distance Assist including multifunction steering wheel keys

      DISTRONIC PLUS Driving Assist (including Active Brake Assist) helps to keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front - and brakes automatically in an emergency. It minimises the risks of short safety distances, abrupt traffic stops or inattention.

    • Under power

      The inverter converts the 12 V battery voltage into 230 V alternating current so that you can operate your 230 V appliances (coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, etc.) while on the road without a shore power connection.

      The controlled solar installation supplies 2 x 95 W and thus makes you even more independent on the move – for greater freedom and self-sufficiency.

      The high-performance LED headlights increase safety at night. They provide extra visibility thanks to their wide light distribution, low energy consumption and light colour, which is similar to daylight.

      The height and angle-adjustable swivel cab seats are fully upholstered in the same fabric combination as the living area. Their exceptional seating comfort and tiltable arm rests make them ideal for settling down to watch TV and for relaxed driving.

    • Comfort-Plus entrance door incl. closing aid, RFID (keyless) access and central locking system

      If you are fully loaded and have no hand free, the habitation door can be opened particularly conveniently using an RFID chip. By holding the RFID chip in front of the door, the door lock is electronically operated and unlocked. The included closing aid ensures that the vehicle is securely locked.

    • Automatic compensation for differences in height

      At the push of a button, the hydraulic stabilizer jacks bring the vehicle into a horizontal position. This ensures that your vehicle has a clean and firm footing, even on uneven surfaces.

    • For even more TV entertainment on the move

      For even more entertainment on the move, the sleeping area can be equipped with a second, 22-inch Smart LED-TV. The TV features built-in speakers, DVB-T/C, DVB-S2 and the HYMER Smart-Multimedia System with Bluetooth.

    • TV on the move

      Thanks to the optional 32-inch flat screen and the integrated HYMER Smart Multimedia System including Bluetooth connection, you can enjoy a real home cinema feeling even when you’re on the road. At the touch of a button, the flat screen TV can be electrically raised out of the bench seat’s backrest and then retracted back into it.

    • Plenty of space to enjoy

      There’s room in the spacious and comfortable L-shaped seating area, which has lounge cushions and a large table that can be moved lengthways and crossways.

    • High-tech in the kitchen

      The practical Caprice combined hob and oven offers home-from-home convenience when cooking. Its versatile range of functions lets you bake, grill and boil to your heart’s content!

    • Flexible cooking

      The hybrid cooker has three cooking areas: an induction hob (230 V) and two gas rings. This has the advantage that you don’t have to use up all your gas reserves when cooking, but can switch to electric just like at home.

      The solid surface worktop in the kitchen will make you feel like you never left home. The high-quality worktop offers generous storage and work space, so you can even conjure up a gourmet meal with minimal effort.
