The ParkPilot makes your vehicle safer while also making reverse parking considerably easier. The four ultrasonic sensors detect all objects behind the vehicle and provide a warning signal that increases in volume to help you avoid collisions. The parking system is also equipped with a digital display (for distance measurement).
It is automatically activated when the reverse gear is engaged and is also confirmed via a short audio tone. The system has a detection range of approx. 1.5 metres to approx. 0.3 metres. The set has been both visually and technically adapted to HYMER’s model ranges, making the installation process almost as easy as plug & play. Note: no CANBus knowledge is necessary for installationDepending on the model range, the ultrasonic sensors are available in white, black or silver (Available separately in a set of two. Four sensors are always required). The sensors are not included in the package and must be ordered separately.
The system is available for all Mercedes-Benz-based motorhomes.
